Details – Fruits and Berries

Berries are the small, sweet or sour, juicy and intensely colored fruits that grow in wild bushes.

There is a wide variety of berries with different colors and flavors, such as blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.

From a nutritional point of view, they have two main properties: the presence of antioxidants, thanks to the pigments - carotenoids and anthocyanins - from the skin, and the high level of vitamin C. They contain few calories and are a good source of fiber, meaning regular consumption can be a good remedy for constipation.

The beneficial properties and their attractive colors make these fruits ideal delicacies for both children and adults.

In the kitchen, they are excellent ingredients in the preparation of desserts (cakes, mousse, fillings, etc.), ice creams, sauces and jams.

Available fruits:
Wild Blueberries
Cranberry
Strawberries
Forest Raspberry
Blackberry

Forest fruits can be sold fresh in season, individually or mixed, frozen in off-season. They are packed in 500 gram bags.
